Poppy reversible top

Melodic stories is a collection of Hungarian folk songs converted into wearable art. I wanted to capture the essence of the songs I sing to my daughter in visual form, so we won´t forget them. The Poppy pattern is inspired by a Hungarian folk song about a long-lost love story that begun in a field of poppies and cornflower. The colorful print is hand drawn and ethically printed in Slovakia.

This new addition to our selection is a reversible top. This was made similarly to the Zero waste dress, to produce the least amount of waste possible. You can wear it with the slit in the front, or flip it and wear with a crewneck, similar to the Short-sleeved dress. It is a universal piece that can fit into every wardrobe!

All of my textiles are printed with ecologically friendly water-based dyes, in an energy efficient way on demand, leaving the least possible of waste products. All of my pieces were produced in a small sewing studio by me, or by Éva (our trusty seamstress).

Material: 100% Aloe vera

Care:

·        Machine wash on 30 °C with mild washing powder, and without bleach

·        Do not tumble dry and iron on low heat setting

Please note! to make my collection the most sustainable way possible, all the pieces are made in a limited batch and will be available until they sell out. I cannot guarantee to restock after they sell out. This decision was made, so I would be able to produce the pieces in time. Thank you for your understanding!
